November 6: Peace Sunday, led by the Peace and Social Justice Committee

November 13: James Scott will be be speaking on Restorative Justice Sunday. Service led by the Peace and Social Justice Committee

November 20: We gather for a service of remembrance of those loved ones who have died on Eternity Sunday. Service will be led by Community Care Pastor Lauren Harms.

Our Advent series entitled Angels Among Us will explore portraits and practices of peace leaders in our world. We will imagine ourselves as peace leaders and glean practices for our journey!

November 27: The first Sunday of Advent will introduce the series Angels Among Us where we’ll hear some challenging stories of peace leaders in Palestine and ask “Is peace relevant?”

December 4: The second Sunday of Advent we will look to peace leaders to examine themes of forgiveness and the role of radical kindness. We will share in the ritual of communion this morning.

December 11: The third Sunday of Advent we will hear stories about the power of listening with compassion and speaking with passion in peacemaking.

December 11: All are welcome to our Christmas Celebration! Details TBA.

December 18: The fourth Sunday of Advent we will discuss our own role as peace leaders within our own communities.

December 24: All are welcome to our Christmas Eve Service beginning at 6pm. We’ll gather to sing carols and tell stories!

December 25: There will be no service this Sunday. Merry Christmas!

January 1: There will be no service this Sunday. Happy New Year! See you on Sunday, January 8 to celebrate Epiphany!
