Our Lent Season is entitled An Ordinary Path to the Sacred, where each Sunday we will focus on one of the paths of Creation Spirituality, through contemplative practice, poetry readings and a creative response.
February 26: Introducing Matthew Fox’s Creation Spirituality and walking the first path of Via Positiva where we remember the goodness and blessings of the natural world.
March 5: Sunday Morning Café. We’re open for a coffee and baked goods between 10am-12pm on the first Sunday of every month. All are welcome!
March 12: We will continue our Lent series and walk the second path of Via Negativa where we embrace the darkness, emptiness and silence.
March 19: We will walk the third path Via Creativa where we practice expressing our divine spark.
March 26: We will walk the fourth path Via Transformativa where we return with a willingness to be a part of transforming our world.
April 2: Sunday Morning Café. We’re open for a coffee and baked goods between 10am-12pm on the first Sunday of every month. All are welcome!
April 9: Easter Morning Breakfast and Service. Please bring cut flowers to decorate the cross! Details regarding breakfast below.
We will be beginning a new series learning about the lives and actions of Nobel Peace Prize Winners! This series has been orchestrated by Werner Becker.
April 16: Willi Friesen will present on the life and work of Mikhail Gorbachev.
April 23: Sonja Werner will present on the life and work of Barack Obama.
April 30: Bill Neumann will present on the life and work of Ales Bialiatski.
