The summer will be a combination of our C.I.M. Reads series and some other fun activities!
August 6: No church service. Enjoy the long weekend!
August 13: Lauren Harms will present in our C.I.M Reads series on the science fiction series Wayfarers by American author Becky Chambers. Sonja Werner will host our morning.
August 20: Garden Gathering in the Hossli’s backyard. A short service will be followed with a potluck lunch.
Pride week begins August 27th! Here’s what is happening for pride:
August 27: Pride Interfaith Gathering at 7pm at Beth Tzedek Synagogue
September 3: Come march in or gather together to watch Calgary’s Annual Pride Parade! Details to come.
September 8-10: Annual Fall Retreat at Camp Valaqua. Invite your family and friends and don’t forget to register! Check your email for details.
September 17: Child Dedication Service! We will be celebrating five wonderful children and their parents. There will be a potluck to follow the service.
From the end of September until the end of October we will enjoy a new series entitled C.I.M. Watches. Come join us in the watching a learning about some inspiring films!
