April 5: Easter celebration! Breakfast at 9:30am and service to follow.
This spring we are going to launch our 50th Anniversary Celebrations with a series entitled Journeying Toward Welcome where we’ll hear and share stories of our church’s evolution! Each Sunday morning we will hear stories from another decade of CIM’s life.
April 12: 50th Anniversary Storytelling Launch.
April 19: 1976-1985 – Stories from the first 10 years of CIM.
April 26: Stories from 1986-1996.
May 3: The first Sunday of every month is a Sunday Morning Café from 10am-12pm. There will be no formal service.
May 10: Stories from 1996-2006.
May 17: Stories from 2006-2016.
May 24: Ranch Sunday. There will be no service at the church.
May 31: Stories from the most recent decade (2016-2026).
June 7: Sunday Morning Café from 10am-12pm. There will be no formal service.
My Environment Story is a series that will give us a window into individuals experiences and expertise when it comes to climate change and the environment.
June 14: Joyce Doran from Mennonite Central Committee Alberta will share her stories of the fashion industry and its enviromental impacts.
June 21: Liesel Retzlaff will share her environment story.
June 28: Walter Hossli will share his environment story.
